"Overall I'm not favorably impressed with the level of customer service from State Farm. High premiums, even after applying numerous "discounts" and no sense of urgency when it comes to support or customer service. I get the sense that changes in service and/or procedures are for the benefit of the company rather than the customer. This office has a poor track record with me as far as responding to questions and issues of concern. After several years with the company and this local office, I'll be moving on to another insurer soon."

"Evan Nelson has far exceeded my families expectations. He was at my house within 30 mins of my initial call and had everything facilitated within 5 mins of leaving. "My car was repaired after deer accident and four years later the roof began to peel back. This office went to bat for me and the car is being repaired properly. The staff in this office has been so professional and helpful. This didn’t cost me anything and as a senior citizen I can’t say enough how much I appreciate them!!! Rates are also good"
